Cornel Stocker

Cornel Stocker began tattooing in the 90s.

It all began with a needle, a friend and a desire for a new way of expressing oneself many years ago. The rest is history.

Over the years, Cornel has won a variety of awards at various tattoo conventions and been to various fairs in the USA. Including New Jersey and Las Vegas. In the last studio, which bore the beautiful name Kunst-Werk, he worked for 13 years. But after this long and fantastic period, it was just time for something new! And so the tattoo studio “Color Confession” was born. Cornel is committed to color!

She graduated Academy of Fine Art in Poland, she likes to design project on graphics programs and then move them it to the skin. She likes to tattoo in various styles, but the most – her own ideas because for her it is very important that the client had something different, original on the skin …something from her. Colby Julian

I am a tattoo artist working out of Charleston, IL. I prefer neo traditional and new school tattoo styles. I also commission custom artworks.

Becky Smyth

My name is Becky Smyth; I work alongside my husband in a small family run studio in Bangor, Co
Down.
I have noticed my style change over the years, building to realism and miniature realism.
I love all styles of tattooing, but forms of realism would be my favourite. This is the style of work
that makes my heart skip a beat. I would love to do more realism pieces and see how far I can go
with it.

Ruben Diaz

My name is ruben, I am 22 years old. I started tattooing when I was 18 years old. Throughout my career I have explored many different styles, so now I consider myself a person who can perform any style.

My favorite style is realism in black and white, mixed with comic and pop art! I also love tattooing comic style since I am an illustrator and comic scriptwriter in turn. The most important thing is to not stop learning and meet other people.

Joe Malia

My name is Joey Malia and I tattoo out of Transcindent Tattoo in Chicago. Before tattooing for 4 years I went to art school in Chicago. I mainly do black and grey realism, but sometimes I like to incorporate a small amount of color. I only work on projects that give me a general theme or idea and total creative control. Kim Sweers

Fantasy Tattoo

As a child I was already busy with drawing, coloring and crafts. As a 10 year old I attended drawing school in Hasselt for two years.

I am a busy bee who likes to be busy with anything and everything: crafting, drawing, reading, writing, cooking, giving lectures and especially dealing with people.

In 2004 I graduated as a psychiatric nurse.  I obtained my Masters in Nursing in 2012. Working with people will always be close to my heart. Still I kept walking around with the wish … if I have the time, then I will do something with drawing and art again. I have been working in Fantasy Tattoo since 2012, previously as a shop manager and piercer, now only as a tattoo artist. It is great to be able to turn your passion into your profession.

In our shop it is important to master all styles of tattooing. But each of us has his hobby horse. My favorite styles are watercolor, realism, flowers and animals. I also paint a lot with watercolor and of course I like to do this on request

Marcel Joaquim

My name is Marcel Joaquim and I’m a professional tattoo artist from Göttingen, Germany and owner of Black Hand Tattoo Parlor in Sieboldshausen, Germany.
I’m 31 years old and I’m doing tattoos professionally since September 2017.
But It all started on April, the 1st, 2014. On this day I got a tattoo from a good friend who was also
the best tattoo artist in our region at that time.
For the first time I got tattooed on an area where I had a pretty good look on the whole process.
While I was watching how he tattooed, I was getting more and more fascinated every minute, and I couldn’t stop watching.
I can remember that I thought, I think I could do that too!  And I was right.
About nine months later I bought my first professional tattoo equipment and did my first tattoo on
myself. Pretty soon I already had a lot of requests and I was tattooing many of my friends in that time.
For the next two years I was only doing tattoos as a hobby, as I was studying economics in university, had a job and was traveling a lot.

In 2017, I finally realised that tattooing is all what I want to do. I just knew that I found my passion and to achieve my goals the only opportunity was to get rid of all the rest. So I quit the jobs, left the university and started focusing exclusively on tattooing. I decided to become self-employed and with the help of my girlfriend Nicole we rebuilt one room in our flat into a small but very nice tattoo studio. Pretty soon, the quality of my works increased with every tattoo and soon after I wasn’t able to handle the requests anymore. And we just couldn’t do it anymore in our home.
It wasn’t just friends anymore, and some people came a long way just to get a tattoo from me. Right at that time, two very good friends of mine bought a big property in the village were I live. They offered me a really beautiful and big room where I could open my first own atelier-like shop in October 2018 – the Black Hand Tattoo Parlor.
One of my best friends started with his own business in the same property and so we established the “New Plaze out of Town”. A collaboration of four businesses all based in the same location.
We have just started and are currently developing every day. But the future will hold great things.
Meanwhile my girlfriend Nicole took over all management tasks, what led to a much more professional process and gives me the time to focus exclusively on doing what I love most –
creating awesome tattoos.
I would describe my style as black and grey realism with a high grade of details.
I’m often described as a very gentle tattooist, and my works usually heal very fast.
This year is the first time that I’m attending a tattoo convention. My first will be the International
Berlin Tattoo Convention in August and I can’t wait to be part of the Dublin International Tattoo Convention in November.
Cheers,
Marcel.
